1)Welcome to our First Holy Communion Programme.

To enrol your child in the programme there are 3 elements.

1) Please fill in the online form below with your child’s details.

2) Please copy the consent text under the form into an email, and email to the Parish Office  eastbrighton@abdiocese.org.uk

(The text gives your consent for the child to enter the programme, and for your details to be held by the Parish for contact purposes. If there are any elements you are not comfortable with, please tell us in the email and delete them from the text you return)

3) Please send us a copy of your child’s baptism certificate. This can be through a photo appended to the email, or sent to the Parish Office.

Where you do not give us consent, we will not be able to use your personal data (for example, to let you know about forthcoming services and events or changes or updates to the First Holy Communion Programme) except in certain limited situations, such as where we are required to do so by law.
