New Parish Database – Census 2021
Over the last two years there have been many changes to the Parish of East Brighton. As yet we do not have a comprehensive record of who is in the Parish. The lockdown has highlighted too us how difficult it can be if we cannot contact you, and if we do not know exactly who we are catering for. Please can you help us by filling in and returning the database forms linked here.
The first form is about the family or group, and the second is a detailed form to be filled in by each adult. These are pdf forms that you should be able to download, and then open and fill in with any pdf reader. Please then save the filled in form and email it back to admin@eastbrightoncatholic.org.uk
In Chrome and most computer browsers you can open the form directly so that you can fill it in, and will then allow you to download it and email it. On a phone you may need to find a way of doing it. One option is to use a web service such as pdfescape. Copy the link to the census form and paste it into the load from internet option.
The form has space for a signature if it is returned by post. If your are returning electronically this is not needed as we consider your email to be the signature and to give the parish permission to hold it for the purpose of keeping you informed. You may withdraw this permission at any time and the data will be deleted.
In line with GDPR ( current data protection regulations) we promise as a parish to keep your data securely and use it only for the purpose stated.
If you know of anyone who is housebound or who might otherwise not fill in the form, could we encourage you to, take a form for them too and help them fill it out.
Thank you
Canon Kieron O’Brien
