Our video teaching – The Mass with Fr Aidan
Resources
The Mass
Following Covid, we no longer have Mass books in church. The responses are usually on the screen. There are also good resources with the text of Mass and the current readings that can help you to prepare and to understand the Mass.
The Universalis app
This app has to be bought after an initial trial – about £10 – but is the best phone and tablet resource for the full text of the Mass, with the correct full readings for every day.
Can be extremely useful if you want to prepare for Mass, are not familiar with Mass, or not familiar with Mass in English.
It also supports having the text of Mass in English and another language side by side.
Readings for today's Mass
Universalis also provide the readings for the current day’s Mass for free through their website.
Excellent teaching on the Mass
Highly recommended – a set of 2 minute reflections on the elements of the Mass from Archbishop Mark Coleridge
